Our first issue, a four page, black and white tabloid, hit the stands October 31, 2001. It was a challenging beginning, but we never lost faith. We offered a publication that could help people free their minds of stress for a short while every week, in contrast to all the bad news they read in newspapers every day.
Without losing a beat, over twenty years later, Snippetz has progressed to an upbeat, full color, monthly magazine, full of interesting facts, informative articles, recipes, local interest stories, upcoming events, lots of humor, puzzles, and fun. And best of all, it is free of charge to you and sponsored by local businesses who support Snippetz Magazine through advertising.
Our readers are loyal — they either pick up our magazine every month, or view the online version, and a notification is sent directly to their email. They read it cover-to-cover, including the ads.
Snippetz is a local publication with over 250 distributors throughout El Paso County, and southern Douglas County.
